By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have parental consent to use the App. You also agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

5D Waves provides a meditation & relaxation tool with premium features available via subscription. We offer two subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $11.99 per month, billed monthly.
• Annual Plan: $59.99 per year, billed annually.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or the app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple, Google, or Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
• Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you before any changes apply to your subscription.
• You can cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law. Refunds may be provided at our discretion or as required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (e.g., text, graphics, logos) are owned by 5D Waves or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the App's content without permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass or disable security features or subscription restrictions.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or 5D Waves.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the App will end, but you may still be liable for any outstanding fees.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

5D Waves will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits or data, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For users located in the European Union, any disputes related to data protection or consumer rights shall be governed by the laws of Ireland, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ireland, to the extent required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
