- Subscription Problems: If you're having issues with your subscription, ensure it's managed via your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- App Crashes: Update to the latest version of 5D Waves and restart your device.
- Feature Access: Select premium features require an active subscription. Check your subscription status in the app or app store, or contact us for assistance.
- Sound or Visual Issues: If in-app features are not functioning properly, ensure your device has a stable internet connection and the latest app version.
- Deleting Your Account: If you wish to delete your account, you can do it directly through the 'Delete Account' option on the profile page in app.
